Returns & Right of Withdrawal – ArAr Gallery

  1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
    Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
    The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.
  1. How to Withdraw
    To exercise your right:
    Email: art@arar.gallery
    Subject: Withdrawal – Order #[number]
    Include:
    • Order number
    • Items returned
    • Date received
    • Name and address
    We will confirm receipt of your request.
  1. Returning Goods
    You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying withdrawal.
    Goods must be:
    • Unused beyond necessary inspection
    • Complete with packaging and accessories
    You are responsible for diminished value caused by excessive handling.
  1. Return Shipping Costs
    Unless stated otherwise, the buyer covers return shipping costs.
  1. Refunds
    Refunds are issued after receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  1. Exceptions
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    • Custom-made or personalized goods
    • Sealed goods opened after delivery
    • Other legally excluded categories
    Exceptions will always be stated before purchase.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If goods arrive damaged or incorrect:
    Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
    We will arrange replacement or refund.
  1. Legal Guarantee
    EU consumer law guarantees that goods must match their description and be free from defects. If not, you are entitled to remedies.
