  1. Definitions
    “Seller” = ArAr Gallery / ArAr B.V.
    “Buyer” = Customer purchasing goods
    “Website” = arar.gallery
    “Goods” = artworks, prints, scarves, and related items

  1. Applicability
    These Terms apply to all website purchases.
  1. Product Information
    We aim for accurate product representation. Minor visual differences may occur due to screen settings.
    Original artworks may contain natural variations that form part of their artistic character.
    Limited editions may include certificates of authenticity.
  1. Orders & Contract
    A contract is formed after order confirmation and/or payment acceptance.
    We may refuse orders in cases of error or suspected fraud.
  1. Prices
    Prices are shown in selected currency and include/exclude VAT as indicated.
    Shipping and import taxes may apply.
  2. Payment
    Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
    Refunds use the original payment method.
  1. Delivery & Risk
    Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
    Incorrect delivery information is the buyer’s responsibility.
  1. Right of Withdrawal
    Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right unless legally excluded.

  1. Guarantee
    Goods must conform to the contract under EU consumer law.
  1. Intellectual Property
    All website content is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
    Purchasing a product does not transfer reproduction rights.
    Unauthorized copying, licensing, or commercial use is prohibited.

    We are not liable beyond legally permitted limits.
    Liability is generally limited to the purchase value of the goods.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
